Мэдээллийн технологийн үндэсний парк /МТҮП/ нь цахим монгол хөтөлбөрийн хүрээнд бүх нийтийн мэдээллийн технологийн боловсролыг дээшлүүлэх, хөгжүүлэх, ур чадварыг нэмэгдүүлэх зорилгоор Өмнөговь аймгийн Засаг даргын тамгын газартай хамтран “Мэдээллийн технологийн хүний нөөцийн ур чадвар 10 жил” МТИШ-ын семинарыг Өмнөговь аймгийн “Нутгийн удирдлагын ордон”-ны “Сүлд танхим”-д 2016 оны 09 дүгээр сарын 04 болон 05-нд хоёр өдөр зохион байгууллаа.
Тус семинарыг нээж МТҮП-ийн ерөнхий захирал Б.Буян-Өлзий, Өмнөговь аймгийн Засаг даргын орлогч С.Мөнхбаяр нар үг хэлсэн бөгөөд тус семинарт Япон улсын МТДА-ын МТ-ийн хэлтсийн дэд ерөнхийлөгч Ogawa Kenjii “МТИШ-ын талаарх танилцуулга”, Япон улсын МТДА-ын МТ-ийн хэлтсийн төлөвлөлтийн тасаг, олон улсын группын гишүүн Masamichi Yazaki “”Top Gun Training” хөтөлбөр”, МТҮП-ийн Инкубатор бизнес хөгжүүлэлтийн төвийн дарга П.Наранцэцэг “МТ-ийн инженерийн шалгалт Монголд”, Өмнөговь аймгийн Холбооны газрын дарга Дэлгэрмаа “Өмнөговь аймгийн МТ-ийн хөгжил, цаашид хэрэгжүүлэх ажил, тулгамдаж буй асуудал”, МУИС-ХШУИС-ийн багш Б.Батням “МТИШ-нд хэрхэн яаж бэлтгэх” талаар илтгэл тавьж, мэдээ мэдээлэл өглөө.
Тус семинарт хүрэлцэн ирсэн оролцогчдын дунд МТИШ-ын талаарх асуулт хариултын тэмцээн зохион байгуулж, зөв хариулсан оролцогчдод Ogawa Kenjii гарын бэлгээ гардуулсанаас гадна эхний бүртгүүлсэн 10 хүн шалгалтанд үнэ төлбөргүйгээр хамрагдах 20 хүн 20%-ийн хөнгөлөлт эдлэх эрхээр тус тус шагнуулсан юм.
