NITP's visit to the ASPA Secretariat
On February 19, NITP(National Information Technology Park)’s director, Dr. Tuvshintur Tserendorj visited the ASPA Secretariat. It was for the purpose of discussing details of the 9th ASPA LEADERS Meeting which will be held from 19th of June to 21st of June in Mongolia. This visit also aimed to get advice from the Korean STPs and the relevant organizations about the foundation and management. To this end, Dr. Tuvshintur also paid a visit to Daegu Technopark, Daegu Digital Industry Promotion Agency(DIP) and Gyeongbuk Technopark.
At Daegu Technopark, Dr. Tuvshintur(Director of NITP), Mr. Lee Gun-woo(Business Promotion Agency Director of Daegu Technopark), Mr. Hwang Han-jae(Business Planning Team Manager of Daegu Technopark), Mr. Nam Young-ho(Director of ASPA Secretariat) participated in the meeting and Ms. Sally Pak(Researcher of ASPA Secretariat) interpreted during the meeting. In this meeting, they shared useful strategies for developing IT parks and Technoparks.
After that, Dr. Tuvshintur and ASPA Secretariat staff paid a visit to Daegu Digital Industry Agency and Gyeongbuk Technopark. They all welcomed Dr. Tuvshintur and had a fruitful time with introduction of each organization.
As a final meeting, they came to ASPA Secretariat office and discussed programs on the 9th LEADERS Meeting in Mongolia. Dr. Tuvshintur is willing to prepare the 9th LEADERS Meeting very well and he will finalize the details as soon as he goes back to NITP. We hope we can hold the 9th LEADERS Meeting successfully together and wish we remain good relationship in the future.
