Африк, Америк, Ази, Европын 25 улсыг эгнээндээ нэгтгэдэг энэхүү “Онлайн эрх чөлөө” эвсэл нь бага хурлаа төр, засгийн байгууллага, мэдээлэл холбооны технологийн компаниуд, иргэний нийгмийн төлөөллүүдийг оролцуулж өргөн хүрээтэй зохион байгуулдаг бөгөөд НҮБ, ЕАБХАБ, ОУЦХБ зэрэг олон улсын холбогдох байгууллагуудын хүрээнд баримтлах байр сууриа нэгтгэх, хувийн хэвшил, төрийн бус байгууллагуудын үйл ажиллагааг олон нийтэд таниулан сурталчлахад чиглэсэн олон талын арга хэмжээтэй хамтруулан зохиодог уламжлалтай аж.
Ийнхүү удахгүй Монгол улсад зохиогдох V бага хурлын бэлтгэл ажлын хүрээнд Гадаад хэргийн яам, Мэдээллийн технологи, шуудан, харилцаа холбооны газар, Мэдээллийн технологийн үндэсний парк, “Торгоны зам сан”, “Цахим өртөө” төрийн бус байгууллагууд хамтран “Онлайн эрх чөлөө” хэлэлцүүлгийг 4 дүгээр сарын 8-ны өдөр “Мэдээллийн технологийн үндэсний парк”-д амжилттай зохион байгууллаа.
Хэлэлцүүлэгт төрийн болон хувийн хэвшлээс 30 гаруй төлөөлөл оролцсон ба Цагдаагийн ерөнхий газар, Харилцаа холбооны зохицуулах хороо, Кибер аюулгүй байдлын газар, Жи-Мобайл, МонСert зэрэг төр, хувийн хэвшлийн байгууллагууд танилцуулга хийн, хэлэлцүүлэг өрнүүлсэн бөгөөд хэлэцүүлгийг эдийн засагч, нийтлэлч Д.Жаргалсайхан удирдан явуулсан юм.
